Project management and coordination

Good management is essential to successful project delivery. Elektra Media are adept at balancing priorities between time, cost and quality to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality, on schedule and within budget.

• Kick-off meetings and briefings to key stakeholders, core teams and third parties
